For more than sixty years, the whole “Peanuts” gang has been making childhood a little more wonderful. A hapless, angst-ridden Charlie Brown; Snoopy, a romantic, self-deluded beagle; cerebral, piano-playing Schroeder; security-blanket toting Linus; and self-centered Lucy. This kite season join these lovable and colorful characters in "You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown." Brimming with songs and a truly joyful spirit, this is the perfect treat for the entire family. GUEST DIRECTOR K. Doug Miller is an award winning Dallas stage director, actor, casting director, and vocal instructor. Some of Doug’s favorite acting roles include Seymour in Little Shop of Horrors, Frankie in Pageant, Cosmo in Singin’ in the Rain, Rooster in Annie, Jed in The Big Bang and Sparky in Forever Plaid. He also received the prestigious Dallas Theatre League’s Rabin Award for Acting for his portrayal of The Baker in Into the Woods, and Roger in A New Brain. His Rabin Awards for Direction include A Man of No Importance, Love! Valour! Compassion! and Pump Boys and Dinettes. He has also directed Aida, Annie, Barefoot in the Park, Twilight of the Golds, Cinderella, and Click, Clack, Moo: Cows That Type. He received the 2004, 2005 & 2009 DFW Critics Forum Award for Best Director, and also directed and wrote the adaptation of the World Premiere of Valley of the Dolls, which was performed in New York last month. Doug served as Performance Director for Barney & Friends (PBS) for several seasons.

All tickets are general admission, available at the door or in advance at the Simmons Center or at duncanlittletheatre.com. Adults are$15 and students over 5 years of age are $5.
